In the SMC mold product profession, many friends are first in the industry, and they know little about SMC mold equipment and SMC mold. So today, the author will share with you how to debug and inspect SMC mold equipment based on his years of experience.
Originally, when it comes to commissioning and inspection, we should start from the negotiation of the contract between the two sides. We can divide all inspection periods into three periods: before delivery, during delivery and after delivery. The following author will discuss the inspection operations required in these three periods.
1. Before delivery: of course, the most important thing is to make an agreement with the SMC mold equipment manufacturer at the time of signing the contract. Some friends may have special requirements for the equipment in terms of the size of pultruded FRP products or commodity shapes. For example, it is required to set the width or height of the gantry clamping. For some products with special cross-sections, special speed measurement settings and internal clamping command settings are required in the control system of the equipment. These special needs should be fully communicated with the equipment manufacturer in advance.
After that, the qualified friends can organize the company's special personnel to follow up the whole manufacturing process of SMC mold equipment, communicate and learn from the equipment manufacturer about the structure, structure, operation manual, protection and maintenance, common fault elimination, etc., or organize experienced pultrusion masters or experts in relevant aspects to directly go to the manufacturer for follow-up and inspection.
2. During delivery: some of these inspections are preferably carried out in the factory of the equipment manufacturer, so that problems can be corrected in time. The key points of inspection are: A. appearance of SMC mold equipment. Check whether the package of the equipment is intact, whether there is damage, bruise, deformation and other conditions; Whether the key components such as the electric control system and the pump station system are equipped with complete equipment, and whether the hydraulic pump station has oil leakage. b. If conditions permit, the SMC mold equipment manufacturer is required to test the equipment on the spot, so as to find out whether the equipment operates smoothly and whether the control system and display system can operate smoothly. c. Check whether the spare parts and accessories of the equipment are complete one by one based on the supply contract, technical data, delivery list and operation manual.
3. After delivery: SMC mold equipment manufacturers usually make a warranty period for their own equipment. This is the most favorable one for our pultrusion equipment users. Under the conditions that we can fight for, we can demand a longer warranty period from the equipment manufacturer. It is planned that customers with relatively large strength, or even the equipment manufacturer can provide a certain period of quality assurance deposit as a pawn, which is very helpful to protect their own interests.
